General Program Information:

  • Program is first come first serve as long as funding lasts.  
  • Download program information for list of acceptable/approved trees AND planting tips. 
  • Once you have purchased and planted your tree, download the application for reimbursement. 
  • Complete the application for payment and submit it along with a copy of the receipt to our office.  
  • Provide tree tag from purchased tree if available. 
  • Email a picture of the planted tree to muhlenbergconservation@gmail.com.
  • Payments made ONCE per month on the 1st Friday of each month.
